I was very disappointed by the conduct of the nursing staff. During my visit, the nurse Cass, Mary and head nurses on 11 northwest were dismissive when I asked questions about my child’s and used a condescending tone when I expressed concern about my symptoms. While the medical treatment itself was adequate, the lack of empathy and unprofessional bedside manner made an already stressful situation much more difficult. They were no help I went and called over there to get some testing and help them for my autistic son and they said they only do ages up to 3 years old and since my son is 9 he's not qualified it shouldn't matter the kids age they should help them regardless of their little age our taxes paid for those hospitals so our kids should be able to be treated in the hospital if not they should not take taxes money
Terrible nurses. I have never had a worse experience than being here I will never in a million years go back. These nurses do not care you your older kids feelings at all. I would not trust them if my life depended on it but do what you want with you life.
Overly disappointed with our experience. My child came in with a broken wrist and we experienced excessive wait times before being treated. The lack of urgency for a visibly injured child was very concerning. I understand hospitals can be busy, but broken bones in children should be prioritized appropriately. I hope improvements are made so no other child has to endure this.
My experience on that day was extremely unsatisfactory. I was unable to understand the physician, Dr. Flynn, who spent approximately three minutes in the examination room. The nurse, McIntosh, was unprofessional and dismissive; she did not listen to our concerns, relied on scripted responses, and repeatedly raised her voice when answering my questions.
