This is the worst customer service ever been here since 10 Got her damn fever down sitting in the Lobby forever the only reason I was staying to see if these blister are from fever or something else
Everyone was great from the time we got there til the time we left. The quality of care was phenomenal even tho there was so many people there to be seen.
This hospital is amazing. My daughter had to have surgery there and we had such a great experience. The staff was so nice and you could tell they really cared for their patients. Every staff member I talked to was helpful and friendly. If anything happens to my kids I know that children's hospital is the place to go!
I am very disappointed in this hospital, not because children do not get care, but because EVERY time I bring one of my children here I have to WAIT 6 HOURS OR MORE for a room after I am told they are being admitted. This makes no sense to me when there is a waiting room full of children that need to be seen. I wonder if management knows that this is an ongoing problem. I have 2 children and have been to this hospital several times. I understand they go by priority based on the child's condition. I sat for 2 1/2 hours and my son was not seen by a doctor. The wait became to long to the point where I had to take my child to a different hospital. For the first time ever I'm am NOT pleased at all
Amazing hospital! I've been here when I was younger and I was having seizure's and the medical team are amazing I felt very safe in there hands they were so nice very smart and kind ! Highly recommend this hospital HANDS DOWN!!
