They took such great care of our 2 year old grandson. From nursing to physicians, the loving, kind care he received was A BLESSING!! Highly recommended by our family.
Care was great. What really pissed me off was the canceled appointment my wife and I had took work off for to take my son. Canceled appointment is understandable but not even a call to let us know it was rescheduled or that it was canceled? That's bush league OSF.
I can not say enough about this hospital the staff is so thoughtful wonderful the doctors you would see them not one time a day but 2 and 3 times a day from the residents to the women delivering the food they were all so gracious. I can not thank them enough for taking care of my daughter as well as my husband and myself.
My daughter has had to have surgery here twice so far and a third time next week. The staff has always given above and beyond expectations. They are so kind to her and us. I am thankful that we have a hospital that I can trust and she is not scared of when she has to go.
I can't say enough good things about the pediatrics department. The entire staff was wonderful: doctors, nurses, techs, and hospitality. They were so sweet and patient with our toddler and so helpful making sure we understood everything.
