I'm highly disappointed in the Pediatric Radiology department. The lady at the desk, I do believe her name is Vivian! She was beyond rude and very disrespectful from the moment I walked thru her doors. she also made us wait til all the others were seen even though these people came in behind us. I was sent there to get an x-ray of my daughter's foot ( she's 19 months old) this should have only took 15 minutes, instead 2.5 hours later, we finally got seen. For a hospital who markets themselves as "the best care for children" who "treat children with unbridled care"...you guys should think of something more accurate. You do not seem to take mental health concerns serious as you make children wait over 5 hours to be seen for a mental health evaluation. Although there were only 6 people who registered/processed in after us (in a 2 hour period) and none of those sickly little kiddos where here to see a pediatric psychiatrist, here we are. We were a NICU baby for 41 days. In those 41 days I expected just basic caring for our little girl. I was overwhelmed with just how much those nurses care & love their job, along with those babies. I am forever thankful for the NICU team. Our surgeons, Dr. Pipkin & Dr. Walters, saved my daughters life. Without them I wouldn’t have her here with me today!

Excellent team of doctors throughout the hospital, love all the respiratory therapists, and overall really nice nurses. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else.
proffesional,caring,it's a teaching hospital which in my opinion are the best places to receive treatment,cutting edge ,up to date changes in medicine my youngest grandson been a patient twice in his 5 years on earth.
