The doctors and nurses in the NICU do not know how to verbalize realistic expectations on discharge for your child. If you try to communicate directly to find out they will give you a runaround or only bits and Pieces of what your child needs to do before discharge. They will also right out lie to you and tell you multiple times it will be certain days you can finally bring your child home. RecommendedBeing new to Georgia (from PA) the Endocrinology team is incredible! Highly recommended!!! The Diabetic Nurse Educator, Traci is super patient, very helpful and an incredible nurse! You can tell she cares about her patients! I can’t say enough good about Children’s Hospital of Georgia!
Amazing hospital for kids! Incredibly impressed with the doctors and staff of this hospital. They made my 6 year old feel so important and safe while she was there. They explained every detail of her condition and how they were going to treat it. Answered all our questions fully and completely! Recommend highly!!

The hospital is a great friendly place. However the logic behind allowing both parents back in the room before surgery and then only 1 in recovery is absolutely stupid. No it’s not a covid decision as it was only a month ago they let both of us back. Not to mention everything from us in the room transferred with the bed and my son. Decision makers that made this change are absolutely stupid.
We have been here for 2 hours and now have been waiting on my child to get tested for strep for 25 mins. It does NOT take that long! We were put in the back in less than 10 mins but have had to wait back here. There seems to be no sense of urgency with these doctors and nurses. Let's just have them wait...

This is a great hospital! They find fun ways to keep the children occupied and take care of all of their needs at the same time.
My 7 week old daughter was a patient from 4/4/2020-4/7/2020 she was diagnosed with a UTI the nurses n doctors were outstanding. She was on the 4th floor they took very good care of her
I’m just so thankful for the Children's Hospital of Georgia and the Epilepsy monitoring unit. In these pass two years the staff is ALWAYS kind and go above and beyond EVERY single time. My daughter was diagnosed with Epilepsy two years ago and we travel 3 hours for her care EVERY time. My Mom couldn’t come with us this time but the nurses have just been so awesome I don’t feel alone at all. Will love them forever. 😊😊Continued Prayers for my Epilepsy Warrior 💜💜
Hoy fui por primera ves a este hospital pues mi hijo tuvo Cirujia en su cara pero desde la primera persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y así cada una de las enfermeras anesteciologa y el doctor Jack yu fueron adorable sobre todo el estuvo siempre al pendiente de todo !!!
