Had the worst experience ever, no one communicates!! I would never send anyone there or recommend it. Doctors were rude, treated me with disrespect!!
My granddaughter has been there since last Saturday and only today did she the hospitalist. This is our second stay here. Most of the day nurses are cold and not at all helpful. Honestly, the nicest people have been the dietary people that deliver the food. I realize that these nurses had to work a twelve hour shift on Christmas, but at the end of your shift you go home to your loved ones. RecommendedThe nurses here are beyond amazing. We stayed at the rainbow house at night and they called to update us on everything they did to our daughter! ❤️ totally recommend coming here!!

First of all, they use to be wonderful. Years ago I took my son there when ill and they always resolved the issue. Never problems. Their wait time and ER staff issues are a huge problem. I won’t go there for the ER. My daughter was also in the NICU (transferred because the other NICU didn’t do Gtubes or NG training) I though I was going to be in GREAT hands. RecommendedThe Nurses! Hands down the best, most skilled, best bedside manner. The doctors! They get to the point, don't waste your time, best bedside manner. The social workers! They go above and beyond to help you get insurance straightened out, papers faxed, emails sent just everything they do to help is so kind how they always go out of their way. The gift shop! The ladies in the gift shop are adorable and they have everything you need plus tons of cool gifts.

RecommendedWe stayed there November 1983 when our premie had heart surgery. What a wonderful facility!! So helpful to many. Many, many thanx!! Our daughter is about to turn 36 & is doing very well. Thank God!!
