If I could give a negative number I would. Today was the second time children's ignored my son's symptoms and I had to take him to another er after we left and they did for him what children's wouldn't. All my son needed was fluids because he was so dehydrated and they refused to do it. Well let me just say Bergan Mercy is a God send they treated my son as top priority and went above and beyond to help make my boy comfortable. My son has had numerous stays in the hospital, ER, many visits to the clinic side of Children's Hospital in Omaha. I can't say enough good things about all of the people that work there. They care so much about the children that are there for treatments, illnesses, etc. Having a child that is sick is one of the hardest things that you will ever have to deal with. If it weren't for hospitals like Children's, it would be so much harder for parents. Thank you for loving what you do and for taking such wonderful care of my child... read more
I use to love bringing my kids to children's but they have gone down the hill for while now my 7month old son was in the er tonight with a deep wet pain cough that every time he would cough he would cry in pain running nose so bad that it just flys down every time you wipe it running a temp of 105.2 we have been there since 740pm and still here they have yet to give him any Tylenol or ibuprofen they keep saying some bull shit reason why they haven't yet they want to send him home with no medication but he also now has an ear... read more
