I wasn't sure where to post this but I sincerely hope it gets seen by those involved. I would like to thank the ER staff as well as the security staff who all assisted in the care of my daughter Krislynn Sunday evening on 2/25/18. My daughter is severely autistic and is afraid of doctors and hospitals in general. My daughter had been in and out. We were getting extremely frustrated and felt like no one was listening to us. The nurse mike had been great both times we went in & he was working. Claire and Trevor were very helpful and nice today as well. The doctor (dr. Kelly) was amazing. I am beyond thankful for how helpful she was and how hands on she was with the whole journey. Tonight we got some answers finally & I am beyond thankful for the staff we had.
The elevators are horrible!!! Other than that the staff here is wonderful for the most part.
Rude children doctors. Time of arrival was at 9:30 and didn’t leave til 3.... what did they do? Absolutely nothing. We left on our own. They kept saying 15 minutes and then never came back until hours later with more rude comments and cutting us off after asking questions. We will go else where from now on!!
