The ER is getting scaryThe nurse at door did not know my son's conditions so she made us wait then told me she was not a triage nurse when I saw her triage. The next nurse the supposed "triagenurse" called him Jose even though that is not his name. I had to check she had the right patient. She didn't know his condition either. Then we get to the room and it is dirty. Syringe caps everywhere. I am told all the rooms are not cleaned after patients leave!!! Shame on you. Not the first timeI walk into a dirty ER room.
