I would love to be able to give 5 stars, however, I haven't even been able to get an appointment or even a call back from CHLA. My 6-month-old son was referred to CHLA for a CT scan and received insurance authorization on 9/11. I called on 9/18 and was transferred to voicemail, so I left a message. I received no return call, so called back on 9/20 and was again transferred to voicemail. Again, I received no return call, so called again 9/24 and was able to speak with Mary.
