Ever since my son had became diabetic I have and he has became part of the hospital family .they r such gd doctors and nurses. I wouldn't have chosen a better hospital.thank u all for wat u guys r doing to help my son in this long journey of this terrifying illness.
The care was excellent - it couldn't have been better. The only thing that kept me from giving 4 stars was that our appointment was scheduled for 11:45. I purposely made it for as early as possible because our daughter is 4 and couldn't eat or drink prior to our appointment. We didn't wait at all in the waiting room, but once we were in the pre-op room we spent over 2 hours there after arriving at our 10:15 check in time and our procedure started an hour late. My baby have the best OT there he came along way they help me alot
I'm very disappointed with the follow up/scheduling system. Note, this isn't directly towards all of children's hospital. This is particularly directed towards the Delafield office with Dr. Thomas and primarily his nurse Beth. After arriving for my childs scheduled appointment I was told that the appointment was canceled by the nurse due to surgeries and rebooked for earlier in the day. However I was not aware of this. They took all the precautions necessary to get my baby girl breathing fine on her own I thank everyone involved in her care. She has developing asthma and Im so glad I chose to bring her here for her care. God has definitely been good to us while we've had our 3 day stay with you Children's Hospital, but now Caydence is well and we must say our goodbyes!!!!

Two experiences I have had recently that stood out started when my daughter was vomiting in the middle of the night continuously with no other symptoms, as this progressed it became clear that there was a real possibility of a brain tumor or something else serious could be going on. Dr. Kim Cronsell of Franklin Pediatrics was outstanding.
