Amazing care and great staff. We truly thank everyone who cared for our daughter during her stay and visits. Thank God for such a great facility to entrust our children to.
It was a good stay but they don't feed the parents there. Now only if you if you're breast-feeding parent but I was there and no I'm not breast-feeding mom my daughter for the thing is is I was over 100 miles away and no money and no way to have anybody bring me food so I went without eating for a day and a half. I feel they need to feed all parents no matter what
We had to take our 7yr old daughter for a broken arm, which required an overnight stay along with surgery. I realize our situation was minor compared to many of the other families, but everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) we came in contact with were amazing. From the ER register and Dr's a nurses all the way to the cafeteria employees. We were getting on the elevator from the cafeteria, and one of the chefs was on the same one. My daughter, (A year and a half) Saphira broke her pinkie toe and while I do believe she received the best care she could have gotten for such an injury where there isn't much you can do, when we first arrived and spoke with the first doctor, I felt pretty brushed off, where my daughters toe was turning white and blue from bruising, the doctor suggested that maybe it had just lost circulation and hadn't returned to a pink color just yet, which was most definitely not the case, My daughter was given an X-ray and it was fractu... read more
We had to bring our 2 week old in to the ER last night which is a terrifying thing for any parent but Dr. Thomas was amazing handling her. He didn't rush through examining her and didn't let her cry. He made sure she was calm and relaxed before proceeding to the next thing and as a scared mom watching I really appreciated that. Thank you Dr. Thomas for making a scary situation a little less scary!
The doctors/nurses here were absolutely incredible when I needed care and had to give birth to my daughter 6 weeks early. I loved every single one of them and my experience was nothing short of absolutely fantastic!! I highly recommend these doctors if you need caring and trusting people by your side! I can't thank them all enough for everything they did. Looking forward to going back when I decide to have another child!! It puts you at a total peace of mind knowing your baby is in good hands. ♡
