My family would like to thank the Neurosciences center for taking great care of my son. The staff are very friend and made us feel really comfortable. I would like to really thank kristy the nurse we had. She went above and beyond to make my son happy.
Everything was good while we were there. Our Dr's and nurses care was great BUT our daughter is recovering from surgery and has hand foot mouth for the first time ever. I know 100% it's from the playroom. She has not left the house or been in contact with anyone since her surgery almost a week ago. They say they clean the toys but one toy had food in it. I'm super disappointed. It's impossible to care for a child that's recovering from surgery who also has a virus. I suggest not letting your children play in the play rooms.
All of the staff from the front desk to the doctors to the xray techs to the nurses were so attentive and compassionate to the needs of my grandson. Thank you so much to the staff for working in a quick and timely manner. You should definitely be proud of your staff. The doctor that treated my grandson that has Autism and is 3 years old, even got down on the floor to examine him because that is where my grandson felt comfortable. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left our son was well taken care of. We did not wait very long for anything. A well oiled machine this hospital is.
An excellent hospital with great nurses and doctors! I have cerebral palsy and while no one likes hospitals and surgeries you guys were the best hospital growing up for me. Thank you so much for all that you do!
Obviously no one likes to be in a hospital but they did everything in their power to control my blood sugar (type one diabetes) and to also help cure my apml (cancer). The staff is nice and keeps you company. (P.S.) for those of you complaining about the food here, theirs a thing called hot sauce. use it.
Outstanding docs, and a supporting staff second to none. To a person, they have been experts, friendly, helpful and caring. If you are here, you're at a nerve racking point of your life, and these people offer outstanding care and comfort for your child.
I love childrens hospital both my oldest and youngest daughter are seen frequently. My oldest got bit in the face by a dog and Dr Denny has done amazing !! My youngest has spina bifida and she is seen by ortho, urology, neuro, and stayed in their nicu for 3weeks. I have no complaints!! Love them all
