For about a month, now, my Nurse Practitioner, Scarlett Johnson, had not answered her phone at all when I was calling trying to get my medicine refilled. Food City Pharmacy had been trying to contact her as well, without prevail. We had to threaten to go down to the office and talk with the CNP, Scarlett Johnson, in order for them to say "We will send in the prescription."
