Office staff is consistently unprofessional. They complain about physicians and patients in front of other patients. Appointments always have a long wait time to be seen.
No matter how many times I have updated my children's information to reflect MY phone number as the primary, they consistently call the secondary one. It's been over 6 years and it still hasn't change. Also, some of the staff do not have a kind demeanor. I have asked to schedule appointments in advance and was told that it's not possible even though I can go to any of my doctors offices and schedule appointments for next year. When asked, if they can send postcards out for reminders like other offices, I was told no as well.... read more
Very caring, compassionate office with a wonderful staff! The doctors and other providers are excellent! Their practice manager has the office running very efficiently and smoothly! Highly recommend them!
