I must have been there about 50 times over the past 3 years and have never waited and whenever I call I get an appt the same day. Somebody always answers the phone and when I have called with a question the call back came very fast. Everyone is great but Mr Pepe is the best. The hours are great.
I love taking my children here. We try to see Dr Toff if possible but have loved Dr Kauffman as well and we are so sad she is leaving! The wait is sometimes long but I just assume they are taking there time with other patients as they do for my children.
Each of the physicians, and the entire Children's Care Team, are very compassionate, friendly and proactive. They continually provide great care for children and make sure to answer all questions and address any concerns, promptly. Thank you.
