My experience has been horrible for the past year! As other moms have stated there are hidden fees and communication is horrible. You don’t mistreat babies like this. Transfer of records fee is crap it’s there own fee not insurance fee!!!! New parents beware
They only care about money, not the patients. We were charged a fee to be seen on New Year's Day which I have since found out is illegal. We were also sent a nasty letter discharging our children from the practice because we paid a bill in April and the date of service was January! We didn't even get the bill until March! And my children's new pcp sent over a request for records to which they denied, called me and want to charge me for it. It's all about money and collecting it illegally.

RecommendedDr. Toff and staff are awesome. They always do their best to make my kids comfortable. I never have an problem getting an appointment for sick visits. They will fit you in anywhere they can.
My family has been apart of children’s healthcare for almost 5 years now. We see Mrs Kramer who is absolutely amazing with both my children. She is patient and willing to answer any questions I have. She has not only supported me and my decisions with my children but she also has been a great support to me during my postpartum year.
This office is not upfront about fees they charge. or their policys. so be aware!
Terrible customer service! Massive turnover of physicians, and long waits to be seen.
They have been my pediatrician for two-and-a-half years and today they tell me they can no longer take care of my son because I want to hold off on one of the vaccines. My child has been vaccinated with all vaccines except for one. It's my choice to wait a little longer and they refuse to care for my son any further. I would not recommend this pediatrician they do not respect your views on what you want done with your own child.
