Extremely disappointed in communication. Felt liked a number rather than patient with concerns. Not the kind of care i put trust in.
We were referred to them by our PCP, insurance referral was processed before the appointment. On the day before we submitted paperwork, including Insurance information. We arrived for the appointment the next day, and after they copied the insurance card we were informed they no longer accept our insurance. When asked why this wasn’t checked with the previous paperwork, the desk said they don’t check that until the patient arrives with the insurance card. My leg is worse than it was before. I had it done in October and went back in February it seemed like it made him mad because I came back. He told me that he said it would take awhile to get better but now it's a lot worse it hurts so bad sometimes I can hardly stand on it. He was so mean when I went to him in February I want go back. Please be careful with him
Dr. Whitley has been a god send. He’s been diligent in figuring out my problem. I cannot thank him and his staff enough for the great care I’ve received through both of my surgeries.
