Horrible Emergency center , I think this place is ranned by someone . Anyway, my daughter just was having fever. They claimed they ran all viral test and didn’t come up with anything so why would you keep giving her medication Tylenol ibuprofen back to bed back to bed for a fever but give it sometime I will usually space out eight hours if I see my daughters constantly having to take pain medicine for fever. The lab was phenomenal! One stick and we were done. Results came in quickly and I can’t thank the team enough for how they cared for my son. If we need to ever do bloodwork again, I’ll have full confidence at Children's Plano campus. Thank you!
I had a really upsetting experience at this children’s hospital when I took my newborn daughter for her two-week screening. The African technician, Belle, made a racist comment toward us as an Asian family. Right after calling my daughter’s name, she said, “Ching Chang Chong” in a mocking way. She tried to cover her mouth like it was a slip, but my wife and I were just shocked. This kind of thing is so wrong, especially in a kids’ hospital!
