I had a really upsetting experience at this children’s hospital when I took my newborn daughter for her two-week screening. The African technician, Belle, made a racist comment toward us as an Asian family. Right after calling my daughter’s name, she said, “Ching Chang Chong” in a mocking way. She tried to cover her mouth like it was a slip, but my wife and I were just shocked. This kind of thing is so wrong, especially in a kids’ hospital! Took my six month old to see the specialist at the EMT office. For one, we thought we had an appointment with a doctor, not a physicians assistant. Physician assistant named Margaret and Monica were in our room 7. Walking in the room, I heard the ladies saying not sure why we’re being put in this room which was a red flag to me while I was put into a chair to hold my son for the procedure. The staff is so kid friendly and curtious!! They always have fun stuff for the children to do here.
Great place with wonderful staff and doctors
Dr Majeed’s office staff is so great! Wonderful customer service! I left a message for a refill and they called me back within 10 min!!! Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. They made it so easy. Dr Majeed is very knowledgeable and patient with us. We are very grateful for him
