My son was seen in the emergency room here when he was about 2 1/2. Seeing that I had already established contact here after moving from Chicago I decided it made sense for him to receive care through them. I was told they weren't taking new patients. Fast forward my son is now FIVE YEARS OLD. I need a physical for him to start school so I said to myself they cant still not be taking patients. Guess what??? Recently just called for an appointment. Receptionist was rude. Told me to call within 6 months “if” they are taking new patients and she only work accept me if she has a sibiling that goes here. Really sucks when my daughter is in the Children’s Hospital system. Based on her attitude I wouldn’t recommend this facility at all.

The pulmonary dept is awesome love love love Dr.Raos and Heather the RT and all the other staff they are very helpful always there for me and my son. The gastroenterologist dept is wonderful as well they were very nice to my son especially down in the xray area those two ladies were great now I'm going to see if the ophthalmologist dept is just as good so keeping my fingers crossed pray for us and oh yea can't leave out the awesome pharmacists in both the er building and pavilion!!!!
This place is unorganized and mismanaged. Depending on who you talk to, you will get a different answer on something and a whole different experience. They couldn't give me straight answers on some questions I had about a vaccine for my son, after talking to 4 different people, and then they referred us to CVS to get what we ended up finding out was the wrong vaccine.
