Dayton Children's is Amazing my daughter has to spend alot of time there for verious reasons and every nurse and Doctor we see has been the Best!
I have a son with autism and the care we received was awesome! I was confident that they were taking great care of him. They were very supportive of me as well. Before his surgery, the child life specialist called to see what he would need to make it as easy as possible. They even asked if there were any special thing he liked or disliked. Very happy with the care before, during and after.
My son had his annual surgery. He is special needs...they brought an ipad in so he could listen to music & keep him calm. Very caring staff. So glad we have this community asset so close to home.
My granddaughter had to have emergency surgery early Wednesday morning. Children's took wonderful care of her. She had her tonsils removed Dec 30. Tuesday night Wednesday morning a small place in her throat came open and she was bleeding. They took her in and cauterize the area. She is eating again and doing wonderful. Thank you to the surgery Dept. Dr Ankur Patel. And the wonderful staff on almost home.
I love this hospital so glad we weren't in Oklahoma. Cause this hospital is so much better ...they care about the families also.

The nurses & Doctors were absolutley amazing with my baby girl! I cant thank them enough for their patients & kindness!
Had my son in the ER last night got a run around and still no answeres to while he's Ill. My son was thirsty I called the nurse to ask for a drink she said she would bring him something and never did. We ended up finding a dixie cup in the cupboard and got him water from the sink. They put in a entire iv port and never even gave him fluids they said they were going to. I traveled a hour and a half to bring my son here and will never again come here!
