they treat my daughter great everytime i had to bring her to the hospital
My son had an appt to have a Stimulation test done. We were told to come at 6:45 am and would then go to a room to begin testing soon. We arrived a little early and nobody was even in the wing we were to do the test in. Nobody came to our room to ask us if we needed anything until someone could come in and get him "admitted." There wasn't a nurse around until at least 7am and one nurse said I'm not doing anything until I have some coffee.. and then I think a charge nurse saw us and then said hey why has nobody seen them yet.... read more
I am currently here my son was admitted Saturday night/early Monday morning. I have no idea what I will do for food as they don't know how long my son will be here, and this was not planned so I have nothing with me. I was told as long as my son had on a mask he could go to the toy room. Well the lady in there was extremely rude and disrespectful while talking to me and made my son leave. However our nurses are great. Over all I am not pleased. I will gladly make the trip to Cincinnati.
I have not had a bad experience at this hospital. I think it is an excellent hospital; with friendly staff!!
It was my first time there. Although the construction had me a little confused, once inside, the staff were very helpful and caring to not only my son, but myself as well.
I went there for my two month old daughter to get seen for bad stomach pains and not wanting to eat. They did great with her but they are really slow.. The doctor and the nurses are amazing I loved every nurse and the doctor she seen... Put their parking sucks the emergency room area parking is so small and when u have no money for the garage parking it sucks.
The staff made us feel comfortable and confident that they would take very special of Malcolm before, during and after the surgery. The ability to have his parents with him prior to surgery and to be the faces he saw immediately following surgery was definitely a PLUS!!?
I've had multiple visits with this hospital for my newborn son who is 6 weeks today. He had RSV at 10 days old. The staff goes above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable and treat with respect. I really really appreciate how well they handle everyone there. 5 stars all around
