I love Children's even tho it was a big mix up with surgery...they worked my son in so fast.. I'm in love with the fact that if you don't or are trying to get a health insurance plan for your child the will never turn you away or make you pay.. Thank You so much Children's �.. I really loved how fast the Doctors stepped up to be apart of my sons care team for his foot. Thanks again.
Staff was on top of everything and explained everything wonderfully. I will always take my babies back when there sick .
I took my daughter to the er and we didn't have a long wait and her nurse was very nice her doctor was nice and very concern. I really had some amazing group of people working with my daughter yesterday! ��
The doctors and staff from emergency department to the floor we was on were great they explained every thing and made sure we got all questions answered and that if we needed any thing they could get it. Thank you to the Ronald McDonald family room too.
Nurses were great in the er and on the third floor. My son has autism and I cannot leave him alone or he will bolt they came and watched him for me so I can go to my car for pull ups. I was also wondering what I was gonna do for food the nurse let me get a parent plate every time my son ate breakfast lunch and dinner. They checked on us often and brought him toys and a slushi. Respiratory crew is also excellent. I also think it's great how u can order food when your child is hungry instead of set times.
Pharmacy takes way too long I sat down there for over an hour
They have done a great job checking out my son versus the doc we've seen at the pediatricians. They were very busy but were very helpful & nice.
Took my daughter there who has type 1 diabetes and was extremely sick with norovirus, which is very alarming with diabetic children. The nurses where terrific however our one doc acted as if we wasting his time. They sent us on our was after giving her if fluids and I ended up playing doctor all might checking her sugar and ketones every two hours scared to death. I thought that was their job. Very disappointed.
