My son was on the waitlist and the day that I called to see about his position on the list they got me an appointment and the staff was super nice !
I Love this Place! We’ve been coming here now for about 3 years now! I love how the atmosphere has changed since Ms.Anna took charge! Not only do we now have our in person speech therapy, we also have a great environment! My daughter use to not like coming to therapy, now she loves it! So Thank you guys from the receptionist to all the therapist and most definitely Ms. Anna!
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would based off ONE appointment alone with the director. This place doesn’t have a waiting list for a reason. I was desperate to get my daughter into speech and occupational therapy, so I gave this place a chance. Truly a WASTE OF TIME. Ms. Anne doesn’t want to do her job, can’t call patients after she gets her staff to LIE about her not being in office. RUN away from this business. ( This is based on 3 weeks interaction not just one time) If I could give this place a zero star I would. I was told and I quote " my child is NOT Priority at this time". I can only imagine how kids are really cared for at this business. I called looking for speech evaluation and therapy for my 3 year old. The online process is a nightmare! I wish I could get an appointment for my son! When you call, they tell you to make an appointment online, but the online booking system is terrible! They don't respond to emails in the system or at their customer service email address. Such a waste of time.
