We waited in the waiting room for 75 minutes. The kids asked for paper to color on and at first it was ok but after the 3rd time of asking they were very rudely told they are not getting any more paper they could just use what they had or color on the color sheets that are out. Well the problem with that is the simple fact that there were NO color sheets out. After that I was more than ready to leave. Everyone was super nice and the kids LOVED the very fun environment!
We loved our visit with Dr Todd and his staff! Our kids were greeted with their names on the sign near the door, which was too cool. The assistant explained every tool before she used it and really put our son at ease. Dr. Todd handles our nervous youngest son extremely well. We were so impressed and our kids can't wait to go back.
When my daughter had a procedure done at the hospital, Dr Todd was great about explaining everything before we even had to ask, and it put us at ease. He made sure to speak with us before and after the procedure and patiently and calmly answer all questions and it made things a lot less intimidating. Great experience! ��
I have been going to this dentist for 15 years and I absolutely love it! It's been so welcoming for me as a toddler and as a teenager. Dr. Todd and his staff are so fun and do their jobs so well.
Dr. Todd is very gentle with the kids. He and his staff take the time to make sure each child is comfortable. I sure wish he worked on adults too :-) :-) :-) my oldest is 12 and has been coming to Dr. Todd since 1!!!
Our first visit at the dentist was a success because you guys are so great. When we were done, my girl said 'I had fun at the dentist, mommy' .. we even got new toys. Definitely sticking with the Children's Dental Center of Mason City.
