They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was mostly satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I only go here because they say I have to having Medicaid for my children. It's too far out in Lake Charles, and you end up sitting there waiting for hours with 30 other people. The staff is nice enough, but I hate bringing my children there.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
