Today my son was denied to be seen due to a balance! He has two insurances and shouldn’t be a balance! They advised me they couldn’t tell me where balance came from! Therefore he couldn’t be seen! So they had to cancel him and wouldn’t allow me to solve this issue with Mia on Monday! Good job children’s clinic for turning my sick son away who has two insurances!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

We love Dr Karriker! He has taken such good care of my babies. He takes time to hear your concerns and doesn’t rush us.
Dr. Ardoin is great. He’s been with my son since day one. Seriously, he is the perfect doctor. Front desk staff is also great. However, one of the nurses at the MB location with glasses and blonde hair was super rude today. She acted like I ruined her day because my son had a check-up. She didn’t speak to me when she measured or weighed him besides reading the scale and tape measure. She didn’t talk to him or try to soothe him during his shots. She stuck him and left. I don't know if any of you other parents in the Lake Charles area have ever had to come in contact with/or need something from patient services through the children's clinic. But sometimes we just need to give credit where credit is due.. And Ms. Ila there is amazing. No matter how many times I call or what it is I need for any of my kids but especially Mayson SHE ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND...
