They are absolutely amazing when my daughter was there they treated my daughter and myself with the utmost best respect and care I recommend to anyone and everyone they are amazing in every way possible
Our son fell at school and needed to get stitches. From the moment we walked in, to being discharged everyone could have not been nicer. Total time took about a hour!
Understaffed, slow, kept telling us “real soon”, “any time now”, “shouldn’t be too much longer”, only to spend hours and hours and hours waiting.
Someone incapable of critical thinking was given too high of a position here. Telling an emotional and tired parent that they have to be in charge of over night feeding-tube feedings (while there are plenty of nurses to do it) so they can learn what to do is just plain stupid or inconsiderate. They should have left instructions for the practice to be done during the day time so that the parent can get at least some sort of rest during this very stressful time amd be more alert to what they are doing.
