We truly can't thank the ER staff enough. We brought our son to ETCH after feeling like our concerns were being brushed off by his pediatrician for months. We had a great experience with Dr. Redmond. He helped us get answers and a referral to a specialist! We are finally on the right track to getting the issues resolved and we are extremely grateful.
i was in bad pain for my kidney and they did not acknowledge it at all really also the staff was really rude and would barley give me anything for pain
I went in for an ultrasound for a high risk pregnancy, Dr Liske was kind, and amiable. I felt safe and respected the entire time! Every time I've contacted the billing department, it's been efficient with very kind service representatives, I've rarely come across people who don't sound dead in customer service so it's always a pleasant suprise! (I know customer service is soul draining 🥲)
I'm 19 and I've gone here for my kidney problems 2 times now. Every time, I went to tennova first because it was closer and the difference was honestly sad. When I went to tennova, they did one blood test, said everything was fine, and sent me home. Then I came here and they found out that I was dying of pain because I was having acute tubular necrosis and they wouldn't let me leave until they actually got it fixed.
