They have some good nurses but others are extremely rude and act like you don’t know how to take care of your own kid. Sibling visiting hours are not very accommodating to parents. Some nurses and doctors do things without consent. An older nurse didn’t feel like feeding my twins with the bottle so she just gave it through the feeding tube instead. They loose paperwork that has been signed and you have to redo it.
I went in telling them my child had signs of a seizure. I left with no eeg and a “it’s a viral thing”. I’m extremely upset about the way there was no urgency to the situation
Brought my week-old infant here. Drove an hour and a half to get to this hospital and I’m so glad we went! Wait time was minimal- less than 30 minutes in the initial waiting room. Saw an ER provider and got moved to a room upstairs. The nursing staff were all very kind. Food was good. The doctor, Dr. Patel, was AMAZING. He actually listened to what I said. No one likes going to the ER, especially with a sick child, but this hospital made the experience very comfortable. The staff was amazing! We had to wait a bit at certain times, but we were informed about what was going on and why we were waiting. My daughter and I were very comfortable and well taken care of the whole time.
