Other than the front desk being overwhelmed at times the staff is great. I didn't like the fact that there was no one at checkout and we would have to go to check in and wait in line to check out.
Dr. Ong was awesome - the entire staff was friendly, patient, and helpful!
Dr.Karnik is a warm and kind human being. He answered all of my questions and was very uplifting to my son. I feel that we, after years of searching, are finally going in the right direction with his care. Dr. Karnik's staff were wonderful as well!
Had a good experience and my son was comfortable with the staff. They were all nice and so caring.
