Dr. Ong is amazing with our kids. He is one of my daughter's favorite doctors that she has to see. He spends time answering all the questions that we have and in a way that my daughter can understand what is going on with herself
Dr. Ong is one of best he always understand my concerns takes his time with his work, love the fact that he treats his patients as one of his own.
Dr Ghodsi has been seeing my son for years and he is a wonderful children's neurologist! He never fails at being thorough and takes the time to answer all of our questions.
I absolutely love my daughter Zoie's doctor. All the staff are extremely friendly.
They were all so nice and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable and addressed all of our questions and concerns.
While we love Dr Ghodsi and Reardon, since the practice has left their former medical group, the front office processes are broken and not customer friendly. I checked my daughter in and was told that the billing estimate with my insurance was~$160. I asked for an itemized bill but the rude receptionist told me what the total was and that if I didn't prepay, I wouldn't see the doctor. If something isn't done about her attitude and the unfriendly processes, we will probably seek out other doctors in the area, now that we have... read more
Dr Reardon is very knowledgeable and we are keeping our fingers crossed that we are on the right track.....the front staff is not what I would expect in such a busy office with the type of patients they are dealing with and whoever does the insurance verification and filing of claims is not doing their job. I have received bills for Nov 2016 and my OOP was met in Feb 2016.
