This office does not care about your kids and family. I had left multiple messages for medical records with no call back. I needed important records to continue services for my disabled son and it took months to get them. The "Office Manager" could not even call me back after she promised she would and once again I was on the hunt for a person to help me. I finally got a hold of a nurse who again was no help.
