Clinicians are lacking in ability to assist people. During my ~6 months I was with CFS I was advised to start selling plasma to stave of poverty while waiting for a disability decision I did not believe would succeed. When I went the plasma facility I learned I would not be eligible because of a hospitalization by clinition was aware of. They lost a lot of good staff during covid, but they still maintain the same core. With a history of reaching out to families who need help..

Their staff are kind and up-beat but as a mental health facility, it’s unfair to close someone’s case with a counselor because they missed three appointments in three months. For example, if you miss an appointment once a month for three months in a row, they will take your Counselor away from you. It sounds like The company has a no forgiveness policy. My child’s therapist left. I expressed interest multiple times to continue services prior to her leaving and after the last session. A few days later, I received a letter stating if I did not respond in 10 days, that they would end my son’s services. I reached out again. Left a voicemail and spoke to front office staff. I was told we would be contacted to set up the new appointment.
