Front Desk staff not wearing masks to protect their patients. Nor do they have a plexiglass barrier between them & checking in. This is a physicians' office! Asked the doctor about this & he said he'd look into it... How could he not know when the one employee kept walking back to the exams room area?

This office is mass production. Everyone gets the same treatment plan for migraines. As a matter of fact, even if you don't have migraines you still get a migraine treatment plan. Then they can't get your prescriptions to a pharmacy after 4 tries. They do not review your file or care about you, they are an assembly line of billing insurance companies to make money. Once they have the appointment to bill they are done with you. He doesn't care if you get medication or not.

Dr Purighalla is one of the kindest and caring practitioners I have ever met. He always greets me with utter kindness and is truly compassionate. He asks questions, listens to what I have to say, and always offers help in any way. During covid, Dr Purighalla called me to see how I was doing at this difficult time in health care and explained the process should I need assistance with my health. I recently had an office visit. I have been going to Dr. Civtarese and his brother, Louis (and his father before them) since I was in my early 20s; I'm now in my mid-sixties. Frank (and Lewis) is one of the few people I trust. He is straight-forward, honest, compassionate, and hands-on. He spends time to speak with me, he knows my history, and he sees me not a client, but as another human being. Both Drs. I've been seeing Dr. McFarland since he started at Char. Valley Med. and he is by far the best primary physician I've ever had. I only go when I know he's in. He listens, talks to you not at you and really works to find the problem and help resolve it. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. McFarland, DO is my PCP and has taken care of my many health issues for years. He is compassionate and a great listener. He is also the PCP for my whole family, and I have recommended him to friends and extended family.

There was never a visit because the staff is rude and irresponsible. The receptionist was incredibly condescending and insulting. I would not recommend anyone visit here on their treatment alone.

Very bad. I came in as a new patient. I have a lot of health problems and also PTSD. I asked for a prescription for anxiety medication, because I quit using medical marijuana. I was accused of lying, because my explanation "didn't roll of the tongue." Patients deserve the benefit of the doubt. If you can't or won't prescribe something just say so. Don't call the patient a liar. Have a little empathy. Doctors are supposed to be there to help people. I felt horrible because of the way she treated me. She referred me to a psych... read more
