Horrible, arrogant and condescending! Would never recommend to anyone!
When you make an appointment -supposedly second of the morning and you arrive 15 minutes early to be respectful of tier time. 65 minutes after appointment time ( 8o minutes total ) and the 4th drug rep walks in and is taken to see the MD......im done. lots of good reason to see Dr Chiesa but done. I'll resume my PCP search elsewhere
I saw Dr. Chiesa for a general checkup as well as for concerns regarding a years-long battle with both depression and anxiety. She asked questions, but also sat and listened while I cried about how despite my wonderful life, I couldn't breathe. She was consoling, helpful, and didn't sugarcoat anything. I was afraid to see her after reading all of these awful reviews and because I've avoided seeking help for 10+ years, but Dr. Chiesa changed my life today with her kindness and professionalism.
I wish I could leave negative numbers. After getting admitted thru the ER, she threw me out the next morning saying "you're too fat. I won't have you taking up space in MY hospital." My hip replacement incision was torn open & bleeding profusely. I ended up with 2 infections in my hip & the replacement had to be removed. The hospital did nothing saying basically if they acted on every complaint they would have no time for anything else. Any lawyers out there???
This woman is a piece of work! She basically abandon my Father and would not return any of the calls the pharmacy made to her office(He needed bp meds refilled). When my Mom took him in tot he office, she said to her "If you don't like our policy, you can find a new doctor!" STAY AWAY from this office! She WILL BE in court eventually for patient abandonment.
I've never been so uncomfortable or unsatisfied with a doctor in my life. She is unhelpful and cold. She assumes a diagnosis without proper testing and has been wrong. She doesn't address concerns and is condescending. After seeing her several times she still hasn't acknowledged me as a returning patient. I'll never go back.
Dr. Chiesa is kind and compassionate. She has been my primary care doctor for years and I wouldn't want to see anyone else.
I have never been treated so abominably by a physician. I have been having respiratory issues for months. Because I was a former smoker, I was shamed and had a COPD diagnosis thrown at me. My symptoms were acute, not chronic. She never ordered a chest x-ray, and prescribed asthma medications. I came to find out I had lung cancer, after months of begging for proper testing. Not until after my diagnosis, did she acknowledge that I was not an emphysema or chronic bronchitis patient. I have switched
