Experiences have always been pleasant and staff more than willing to help.
I had the worst service ever. When I asked for help, I was laughed at and blown off. They had five girls just standing around, and a manager who was obviously bothered by me asking him for help. I just wanted to hook up my dryer and had few questions about the outlet. I went back to looking for what I needed and nobody ever tried to help me even after I asked for help. I was insulted by the manager and humiliated for not knowing what I needed. I won't be going back.
