Biggest bunch of pricks I ever seen ,especially Barry
Have bought over 75 rolls of hay prior...but today tried selling me what looked like 2year old roll of hay brown and weeds growing out of it.. would not even have paid 25.00 for it but they wanted 49.99 ...the heavy set forklift driver was rude and dismissive.loaded it and just drove off not offering assistance tying it down...there went this tip... Out of convenience because I was there bought a 59.99 roll... but Absolutely will Not spend my money there Anymore.. I'll go where they will appreciate my business....

My wife is an artist using some materials that can only be purchased at a hardware store. She prepaid for an order that was delayed. Even though she was willing to wait, Justin went out of his way to fill the order by adjusting other materials on hand at the store. As always, the service is cheerful and excellent.
I went in there to get something I knew nothing about was talking in circles and Chuck was able to decipher it all and got me all the right parts I needed and never got aggravated with me. they also take all Ace coupons, definitely recommend using them
We were in Florida on a camping trip in our motorhome. One morning when we were lowering antenna the handle came off. We drove to Chiefland Ace for a screw. What a wonderful store with good old days customer service. We were helped immediately by a nice man we didn't get his name. Then Tim came up and actually went out to our RV to see what we needed. Change the attitude [ or replace ] the manager and some employees. Trenton, owned by the same person, is the place for you to go. Worst business place I have ever been to. I will never go back. Most of my friends feel the same.
