I have sent my lawn mower twice to be fixed here. Both times they tried to charge me something, even though it was under warranty. In the end the issues were covered by the warranty (after I insisted), but even if they weren't, they never called me to ask whether I was OK with them doing the work after the diagnosed the lawn mower.
You get treated like family here. Chad and Ronald always go the extra mile to save you money and make sure your equipment stays in top condition.
Great place to do business with, I have now purchased two mowers from them, good sales and service and great equipment and they will take care of you. I will do all my business with them.
Dealing with the owners of this place is like dealing with your family but only better .I can’t say enough good things about the service and the friendliness. I have been there three times for service on my zero turn gravely and each time is as good as last. Cannot say enough good things about this place.
I ordered a replacement blade adapter for my Ctaftsman mower, after receiving the wrong part off the internet I used these guys. The staff was beyond helpful and the service was way more than I expected. Thank you
