We used this company when we first did our chickee hut some years ago, and they did a wonderful job. However, we had to re-thatch it last year (2019), when it was done we complained to about it not looking right. It looked uneven and it did not look good. the worst company to use in my house instead of fix the roof they took out all the good material and use one really bad it looks like it is 10 years old and it is only 3 never recommended not even one star in my opinion
