I saw there was a new item on the menu I ordered it the drive-through attendant was very rude and condescending I’ve never experienced that at Chick-fil-A normally it’s been very pleasant Ike pull around to the window wait three or four minutes and then I’m told oh we’re just now making hashbrowns can you please pull up over there I do not have time to pull up over there so I tell her to give my food somebody else now I just wasted $6.28 I hope somebody enjoys my breakfast
Today I ordered an Original CFA sandwich and fries to carry out.When I got back to work to eat my lunch, I found that I had a SPICY chicken sandwich. I checked my receipt to see if my order was misunderstood but is was taken correctly. I rarely have a problem with my order at this location.
