Every single time i go through the drivethru my order is wrong or missing. for the few times a month i go here youd think the order would be right once but nope. i even use the mobile app, how do you mess that up

Went to use our Chick fil a gift cards we got for Christmas on New Year's day. Didnt see any signs about closing at 6pm. Manager was yelling at people rudely and also didnt get my husbands order right at all. Hope things will change because if not i will not be back to this location.
ok chick fila this is twice recently I've been asked in the morning no less to pull into a spot a d wait for my food. I'm driving through for a reason! I dont have time to wait!!!ridiculous. I ordered 1 simple thing. a chicken bowl. seriously you dont have all those ingredients already made so you can put them in a bowl? and I was in the drive through line for over 15 minutes. plenty of time to make my order. hire some people!
1 Star This has got to the the worst Chick-fil-A i have ever visited. It took about 10 min to get our order and then it was wrong. I stood at the counter forever before someone asked if they could help me then It took another 15 min to get the right food. Then had trouble getting a refill.
