I was served food covered in mold last week. I contacted cooperate and this location specifically and have not received any reimbursement. Very disappointed... and grossed out. :( I expected more from Chickfila.
I went to pick up lunch yesterday since I have seen advertisements for cheese dip at Chick-fil-a. A friend in Wilmington had it and said it was amazing. Pulled up to the drive through and asked the person taking my order for Cheese dip. I was told that all the chick-fil-a's in the region had to agree to get it and they didnt. WHO SAYS NO TO CHEESE? Love the food but the wait time whether drive thru or inside is ridiculous. Especially for breakfast. Your competition in Winterville gets it done a lot faster.
My wife stopped for chicken minis and a sweet tea on the way to work this morning. No nuggets for the minis so she couldn’t use her free offer. Chose a biscuit instead and after waiting for 10 minutes, she left. Is 10 minutes an acceptable wait time for a chicken biscuit (your signature breakfast item) and a sweet tea?
