I get frustrated every single time I visit this location. Wait times are terrible. I’m an app user and it doesn’t save any time at this location. You stand at mobile order location and get no service until you ask for your order to be checked on. Employees on their cell phone, counting money, answering phone ignoring customers in your store. It certainly is not a pleasure to go there so I drive all the way across town or go into the mall. Missed opportunities...sad!
This would be a great place for a chic fil A. I feel sorry for the employees because the parking and drive through areas are just not big enough for all of the customers that visit daily. Today I was told that they now charge $.05/sauce. I have always recieved 2 without asking (I go 1-2 times/wk). I asked if I needed to get my card back out. You save money going elsewhere! I ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches and fries and the Chicken on the sandwich barely covered half of the bun. I don't think I've ever been so disappointed going to Chick-fil-A I've never paid that much for two sandwiches that couldn't equal half the size of a McDonald's $1 McChicken for $12.36. Also, it was 10:55 a.m.but the lady at the register said they could not serve us macaroni until 11 which is fine but a bit ridiculous in my opinion. Recommendedgreat food & service...always busy...but, when I asked for extra honey mustard sauce, I was told they are " cutting down" on the amount of free extras that they give but they would allow it this time !!!!! :(
This is the SLOWEST Chick-Fil-A I have ever been too. I was in the drive threw from 2:20 to 2:40 that’s 20 minutes in a drive threw!!! I have never in my life been to one that was this slow, if I had gone to the one in winterville or the one in kinston they’d be moving ALOT faster. My son is now late to his appointment that’s 5 minutes down the road.
Great place for food and family friendly. Always having events for families and kids.
