BOOOO! 👎 love and miss the crew, but as far as the owner is concerned, all I will say is disrespectful. Hard as I worked and being talked down to. Rules applied different to me then everybody else.
First off when I received my food I received a medium drink instead of the large i ordered. I asked the server did I not order a large drink he looked at the receipt and then responds oh yes we are out of large drinks. Out of large drinks???? But I responded ok so am I going to get refunded the difference and he says yes I will see. How are you going to see about a service or product I did not receive it should be a given to refund the difference for the drink, I should not have had to ask. The morning manager today was 1. rude to her staff and the customers and 2. as it’s valentine’s day I expect a heart shaped biscuit, as that is standard practice. Instead I get burnt chicken on a biscuit. Disgusted tasting and I don’t plan to visit this location ever again.
Very disappointing service. It seems to be an understaffed location. We were waiting for refills & had workers walking right past us without saying a word. 10 minutes later we decided to service ourselves to more Tea as no one was even looking in our direction.
This is the absolute worst Chickfila we have ever been to. We stopped in for breakfast in between doctors appointments they acted like they had to serve us I asked for honey the claimed they had to go look for it I finally finished my food and on the way out told the crew leader up front don't worry about that honey I'm done eating my food now they hated to give us a sauce for our meals I have never had this problem out of a Chickfila before I hope y'all enjoy that $30.00 you got out of me today cause I will never go to this... read more
They are falsely advertising, I came in tonight to claim this paper with the receipt I was given with this paper at the time just to be told by a very rude window lady that she couldn’t help me b/c it was supposed to be a yellow receipt and I wasn’t the first person trying to use it and was told no. Where on that paper says it must be a certain receipt?
