I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich from this location and immediately got sick within 30 mins of eating. (The night of 6/12/19) I ended up calling the restaurant to tell them that something was wrong with the sandwich I got and the working manager on the night shift told me ‘there is nothing wrong with our grilled sandwiches because you are the first to complain so..’ I was also questioned as to why I didn’t call last night or that morning. Best customer service out of all fast food. Regardless how busy they are they are always willing to stop and help or grab you something! Positive people making huge impact in people’s lives! I live in Washington but work in Greenville 2 days a week so this is my breakfast and lunch go to! I enjoy the food truck in Washington on Fridays and wish I had enough money to open a chick Fil a in Washington! Washington is growing business right now and chick Fil a would go great in Washington!! Please consider building one soon!
The last few times I’ve been to this location, my orders have been incorrect. Idk if it’s new staff, or what. But I’m charged and pay for a full order, and either receive an incorrect order, or like this morning, only half of the order. The few times before I blamed it on the fact that they were busy. But this morning I was the only person in line at 6am. I usually don’t check my bag leaving chick fil a because it’s never been a problem.
