I don’t know why y’all wasted money on building a second lane for the drive thru. It’s never open. This Chick Fil A is the absolute worst in all of Columbia. It’s quicker to drive to the one on 378 then to sit in line at this one. Tonight it took me 20 minutes to get to the window and I was only the second car from the speaker. This Chic-fil-a is the best one in Columbia! I went to the one in Harbison and on Forest and the average service there only made me miss Bush river even more! The managers are amazing and know both myself and my significant other practically by name! I enjoy the prompt service and Dad jokes as much as the food!
Good grief! This is the slowest chic fil a ever!! With the new remodel you’d think the second lane that you guys built would be used!! Come on!!!!
Great remodel & consistent product. Your billboard on I26/I126/76 said it was a half mile but it was actually a little over one. Apple Maps doesn’t know you exist which are two reasons I almost missed finding your store. The entrance off of Brush River Rd to the drive thru lanes & the pass thru lane is short and needs a speed bump in the pass thru lane right as it starts. We really enjoyed our breakfast. We just have one question why don't you have a kids meal for breakfast?
The food is usually perfect at every Chick-fil-A; I eat here every day their open, sometimes twice a day. The Chick-fil-A on Bush River Road is always FILTHY (the chairs, the tables, the floor, dried food on the walls, the bathroom, the door handles, windows need to be thoroughly cleaned, etc.)! I usually have only great things to say about my favorite place to dine, but this store in particular needs to be worked on. #ConstructiveFeedback — The service could use some improvement also - SMILE!!!!!!!���
