Slow! Drive through takes a LONG time!
This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE please do better! I know you can!
RecommendedGot Delicious food. A great family atmosphere. And the service there is incredible. They bring the food right to your table. Everybody is very pleasant and friendly.
Line during lunch was extremely slow. Both times I’ve stopped here on my way to Georgia my tea and my kids tea taste like dirt. I don’t know if I keep getting the bottom of the barrel or what but it’s gross
Went in at 12:00pm and was not very busy. Ordered my food was eating in. Mobile orders were given out before the customers who waited in line to order their food. It took 15 minutes before food was brought out to my table. They need to give out the food in order that it was ordered. They make sure the mobile orders and the drive thru food is given out to them first. Poor customer service.
Always has friendly staff and fresh hot food.
The general manager is very rude, I wa running late to pick up my mobile order an her threw my order away. I will never come here again, very unprofessional
This is the slowest Chick-fil-A in the whole of Columbia!!! I tried it MULTIPLE times!!!! I could have knitted a blanket each time I sat in their drive thru!!! It was ridiculous. You see every other CFA in town with employees outside taking orders, them rushing you through, pushing you through to get their customers in and out. It is like the Bush River location could care less!!! Will NEVER go to this location again!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was a nasty chic fil a. The guy walked over the whole restaurant and could not find me to deliver my order. My daughter didn’t like their tea and asked for soda. The manager had to taste what they were serving to see if it was good. He said there was nothing wrong with it but gave her a soda anyway. Probably the worst experience at any chic fil a that I’ve been to.
