Everything was nice until I got home! My nuggets tasted as if they were fried in burnt 🥵 grease! I ordered half tea and lemonade and got half tea half unsweetened!! I’m very disappointed and when I called to complain of course no one answers the phone!!!
The food is good but I overhear employees fighting at the counter while waiting on my drinks. One person said they wouldn’t discuss these issues “on property” and another nice gentlemen (who helped my table very nicely- I believe his name was Rick, great man) said to take it out back “with a blindfold and cigarette” but rather they have a conversation at a loud volume about how they need off (maybe for a wedding or something?) and complain about working while some of us are trying to enjoy the food. Have been coming here for years and the service lately has been so poor it’s been extremely disappointing. I have waited in line for over 30 minutes. The new line system is illy managed (i.e. orders on one side of the line are taken more often than the other) and my orders have ended up completely wrong. The most disappointing meal though was tonight. I went through the drive thru a little after 8 and waited in line for about 10 minutes with only a couple people in front of me. Slow as crap lane 2 is never open and they never say my pleasure hate it.
Slowest one in Columbia. Never have two lanes open or anyone outside taking orders. Orders wrong half the time. Just overall terrible
I went to this Chick-fil-A Friday May 4th and Monday May 7th, through the drive-thru, and had to pull off both times due to the wait times. Prior to the remodel, I never had this problem. Now I try again today May 8th, waited for 12 minutes in the drive thru and leave with raw fries. Being that I work on that side of town, I would eat Chick-fil-A once a week. Now, I don't know the next time I will be visiting.
First time there in awhile...the food was great as always. I went inside, don't like the drive thru.
Such a shame to spend so much money to remodel and close for 30 days doing so and not even utilize the 2 lanes. #moneywasted
