Wonderful service, and the food is always great here!
I just had to notify the manager Julia Verrell that a sandwhich was left out of my order for the 6th time this summer!! I let management know each time the order was screwed up! Apparently they haven't made changes to keep this from happening! Since the new building opened the service and food have been subpar. I don't even eat there anymore. I go just for my kids because they will eat anything. Chick-fil-a used to be top, now not. I'm not sure why the food has gotten worse. It seems they aren't getting the grease hot enough... read more
I loved this location before the remodel, but now...I just can't get in and out in a reasonable amount of time, especially when I get blocked in by drive-through traffic. I'm afraid this location is off my lunch list now. :(
Please tell me who designed the updated location?! So inefficient and poor layout. Drive thru is so slow. Why wasn't there an additional pay window built instead of making your employees stand outside? Parking lot is not optimized for traffic flow. There is no way to get out of line in drive thru if you change your mind. And exiting the drive thru to turn right feels uncomfortable. Please redo. Also, food is not as good as it was before.
