Went by chick-fil-A on Thompson Square to pick up a few meals over the years just Because this is where my family loves to eat.Good clean place to eat and enjoy your meal.And might I add the best Service in town,these guys go out of there way to serve you.Just want to say THANKS !!!!!!
Terrible. The whole order was wrong. When I took my sandwich back to be corrected the manager refused to refund me the difference. But did give me the right sandwich. But it was thrown together. Not a neat sandwich which Chick-Gil-A is know for. Taking pride in the delivered food. The other sandwich my son in law got was not as he orders either. This is the worst store I have ever been to ever. And that's saying something cause I travel a lot.
I had the kids meal. I chose the 6 piece grilled chicken nuggets. I was given waffle fries as a side. I drank the red Hi-C. The drink was good, the nuggets not so much but the waffle fries were amazing! I had WLS back in August. I have not wanted any taters since but now that I've had these, I crave them. 3 stars for gooey nuggets but groovy fries.
I've never been as impressed as most with the food, it's slightly above average fast food, but the service has until recently been Aplus.since the new biding more like C - sandwiches left off orders , slower than old building, today ordered granola yogurt cup..no granola ordered iced coffee vanilla no vanilla no sweetner just bitter cold coffee..biscuit falling apart...mcdonalds literally has better food and service now..thats a terrible thing to have to day about any food service business.
