Good food and fast service....would come back when in town!!!
Food is good but the parking lot and drive through are really bad. Ate inside yesterday got stuck in a parking space for 10 mins.
I have always been a fan of Chick-fil-a because it is a christian based company, and the workers are all very friendly(even if being fake). Ever since they messed up the parking lot though I RARELY go. It's a joke. What they were trying to make better, they made far worse...and it may just be my imagination but there are fewer places to sit inside as well( hate the atmosphere) and the food is just not as good. Regardless, they still are the best fast food place...but the drive-thru literally makes me roll my eyes.
Called and ordered a large chicken mini tray for my office. Showed up when it was supposed to be ready but ended up waiting another 40 minutes with no one checking on me or giving an update. Everyone was very polite but this was just unacceptable and unprofessional. I'm incredibly late for work and definitely will not be ordering from here again.
Great place and wonderful service with a smile! The parking lot is not as big as it needs to be but everything else is truly great! Definitely recommended!!
I'm so disappointed in the 'new' store at Barnes Crossing. Chick fil a has long been my favorite fast food place anywhere. The food is great and the service excellent. Till now. First of all, I go at least two or three times weekly, have for years. Last three orders have been on a scale of 1 to 10, a 4. Tiny chicken strips, soggy, cold, and what the heck has happened to the waffle fries? It's like someone new is managing the place. Staff is not nearly as efficient.
